COVID-19 Response & Updates

At Park View, our top focus and highest priority is the health and safety of our members, employees, and the communities we serve. We continue to make every effort to provide you with uninterrupted access to the financial services you need while taking every precaution to keep everyone safe.

Effective Monday, July 20, our Harmony Square and Dayton branch lobbies will be open by appointment only for complex transactions.

Effective Monday, August 3, our VMRC branch is open by appointment only for VMRC residents and employees.

Our Broadway and Bridgewater Retirement Community (BRC) branches will remain closed temporarily until further notice.

In addition to lobby appointments at our Harmony Square and Dayton branches, new curbside appointment spaces will be available for quick drop-offs and pick-ups. We will continue to offer extended services in our drive-thru lanes during regular business hours.

As we take extra precautions to keep you and our employees safe, you will notice that our lobbies will have a slightly different look.

Face Coverings Required
Anyone entering our Harmony Square and Dayton lobbies, as well as our VMRC branch, will be required to wear a face covering. Park View employees will be wearing face masks as well.

 

 

Cleaning 
Park View will be performing regular cleaning and disinfecting of high touch and traffic areas. Hand sanitizer will be available to members.

 

 

Physical Distancing
Floor decals and directional arrows have been installed to help members follow physical distancing guidelines. Plexiglass has also been installed at our service pods, conference rooms, and offices.

 

Minimizing Touch Points
We have suspended offering coffee, water, and snacks to members in addition to removing other items to reduce touchpoints and allow for a more thorough disinfecting and cleaning process. The kids' areas will be closed until further notice.

 

While we are excited about this next phase, we still encourage you to utilize our digital and drive-thru services whenever possible, as they are a safer and more convenient alternative to lobby appointments.
