Park View is transitioning to a new credit card issuer, Elan Financial Services, to better serve your needs. This change requires that a new card be issued.
Upon receipt, you can begin using your new credit card.
Contactless payment is a method of paying for something by tapping or waving your card over a reader. It offers a faster more convenient way to make payments and uses advanced security features to help prevent fraud caused by skimming devices.
For point-of-sale (store) or online purchases, contactless transactions will process as a normal credit
transaction. If the card is being used to request a cash advance at an ATM, a PIN will be required.
Yes. Your new card has a new number, expiration date, and CVV. Once you receive your new card, you will need to update your credit card information anywhere it’s used for automatic/recurring payments and mobile wallets
No. You will not be able to access statements or transaction history online after June 19, 2024. We recommend downloading statements prior to this date.
Yes. The new address will be included on your statements. If you pay this bill through online bill payment, you will need to update the mailing address.
If your card was set up for automatic payments, you will need to reestablish this feature. Stay tuned for further communication regarding automatic payments.
No, existing cards will no longer work after June 19, 2024.
Yes! Your unused reward points will carry over to your new credit card.
No. Your first payment will be due on July 24, 2024. After July 1, you have the option to request a different due date if desired.
