From personalized real-time alerts, faster remote deposit times, credit score analysis tools, and more - you'll be able to stay on top of your money like never before.

And that's not all! With our enhanced digital banking experience, you'll have access to some amazing new self-serve options like direct deposit allocation, skip-a-pay, and card controls.

Plus, take advantage of our new Electrum checking widget that will track your monthly qualifications to ensure that you're making the most of every dollar. For businesses, remote deposit capture will even be available.

Your username will stay the same. If you have forgotten your username, click the "Trouble Signing In" link and select "Forgot My Username."

Upon your first login, you will be prompted to update your password. You can choose to use your same password as long as it meets the system requirements.

Yes. A new app will be available on Monday, April 17.

Apple: For iOS Apple devices, the new Park View app will replace your existing app. If you have automatic app updates activated, this should happen automatically for you.

Android: For Android devices, you will need to delete your existing Park View app and download the new app from the Google Play store.

Yes. Users will be required to update to the new application. The previous app versions will no longer be available.

You do not need to worry about re-establishing your scheduled internal transfers. Transfers scheduled between Park View accounts and loans will carry over and be visible to all account owners. However, we recommend that you review this information during your first log-in to ensure accuracy.

Any recurring external transfer you have will also be imported into our new digital banking platform. All you need to do is review this information during your first log-in.

While your current alert preferences will not carry over, you'll have expanded options to customize alerts specifically to your needs, and you can receive them by text or email.

On April 17th, just click on your initials in the top right corner, choose Settings, and customize away!

Your current payee and payment information, including recurring payments and payment history, will carry over to our enhanced digital banking experience. We recommend you take a quick peek at this information during your first log-in to ensure everything is correct. If there is anything you need to do with a payee, we'll send you an email on or around April 17th with specific instructions.

NEW: Electronic payments will debit your account within 1 business day of the payment date selected, while paper check payments will not be withdrawn until the company or person cashes the check.

You can still use Bill Pay on our current online and mobile banking platform through April 12th.

No, you will not need to re-enroll in eStatements.

To make sure your money moves seamlessly to and from external accounts, a quick relink of those accounts will need to happen within our enhanced digital banking platform. On April 17th, just head over to the Move Money section and select Manage Destinations then Add External Account.

Yes. Within the enhanced platform, you will be able to send domestic wires, but not all international wires will be supported. For these requests, you'll need to contact a Park View representative.

Yes. You will be able to access your credit card online to see recent transactions, transfer funds to make payments, and more!

Reordering checks will be a breeze! On April 17th, simply navigate to More Services and you'll find the option there.
