Apple: For iOS Apple devices, the new Park View app will replace your existing app. If you have automatic app updates activated, this should happen automatically for you.

Android: For Android devices, you will need to delete your existing Park View app and download the new app from the Google Play store.

While the enhanced platform doesn't offer the option to rearrange the order of your accounts, you can prioritize your preferred suffixes by using the tag feature. By clicking on the heart icon, you can tag your favorite suffixes and ensure they appear at the top of your screen.

We have asked our vendor to consider this as a future enhancement.

If you wish to close an account, follow these steps:

Go to the 'More Services' option and select 'Close a Share.' From there, choose the suffix you want to close. It's important to note that the balance must be zero before you can close the account.

Currently, the Cards menu tab does not provide an option to give nicknames to debit and credit cards. However, within the credit card portal (credit card management site), you can assign a nickname to your credit card. Please keep in mind that this nickname will only be visible within the credit card management site and will not appear on the Cards menu tab.

Yes. Within the enhanced platform, you will be able to send domestic wires, but not all international wires will be supported. For these requests, you'll need to contact a Park View representative at 540.434.6444 or info@pvfcu.org.

Reminder: Wire transfer payees and templates did not carry over to our enhanced online banking platform. You will be able to search for previous wires to obtain recipient information and additional wire details.
