As a Mortgage Loan Advisor you would work directly with Park View members on how to best meet their mortgage needs. You would also advise them how to best use our products and services to meet personal financial goals. We want you to build relationships with our members so when they have a financial need, they think of Park View first—because you have already shown them you are an active listener and can help solve their problems. We expect every member to have a great experience when they work with a Loan Advisor and in order to do this, you’ll need to learn a lot about our products and services to help the member determine which will help them reach their goals.
We are also looking for someone who will enhance our already great work environment—someone who loves working as a team, learning new things, being creative, solving problems, working hard, and having fun while doing so.
What else does it take to be a Loan Advisor?
- We are looking for two years of mortgage lending experience in the secondary market.
- A college education – Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience with financial products and services is a big plus! This includes sound management of personal finances too.
- An entrepreneurial nature.
- Someone who is organized and detail oriented to handle the myriad of details in the loan process.
