Funding is limited, so our Mortgage Loan Advisors are here to guide you through the options that work best for you.

Community Partners
Community Partners Program
Up to $20,00 Available for For community workers and first responders
Eligible community service professionals—including law enforcement, educators, healthcare workers, first responders, veterans, and active-duty members of the military or their surviving spouses—can receive up to $20,000 toward down payment, closing costs, or home repairs when purchasing a home.
To Qualify for the Community Partner Program, You Must:
Be a qualified borrower who meets product and income eligibility requirements
Be a first-time homebuyer or someone who currently owns or has previously owned a home¹
Contribute at least $1,000 toward the home purchase
Occupy the home as a primary residence
Complete a homebuyer education and financial literacy course specified by Park View

First-Time Home Buyer
First Time Homebuyers Program
Up to $17,500 Available for Eligible First-Time Homebuyers
The First-Time Homebuyer Program is designed to help families and individuals lay a strong foundation for homeownership. Eligible first-time buyers can access up to $17,500 to assist with down payment and closing costs when purchasing their first home.
To Qualify for the First-Time Homebuyer Program, You Must:
Be a qualified first-time borrower1
Contribute at least $1,000 toward the home purchase
Occupy the home as a primary residence for at least five years
Complete a homebuyer education and financial literacy course specified by Park View
