Tax documents are provided the same way monthly statements are delivered.
- Paper Statements by Mail — Members who receive mailed paper statements will also receive tax documents by mail.
- eStatements — Members enrolled in eStatements can access tax forms electronically through the statement viewer in online and mobile banking.
All tax documents are provided free of charge. If an additional copy is needed, simply stop by a branch or contact us during business hours
How to Access Your Electronic Tax Documents
To view your electronic tax documents:
- Log in to Online Banking or the Park View mobile app.
- Navigate to Statements.
- Select View.
- Scroll down to locate available eTax Forms.
From there, members can view, download, or print available tax documents associated with their account.
What You Need to Know About Your Tax Documents
Before filing taxes, there are a few helpful details to keep in mind:
- If less than $10 in dividends was earned during the tax year, an IRS dividend-reporting form will not be issued.
- For joint accounts, tax forms are typically available only under the primary account holder’s online banking profile.
- IRA and HSA tax forms are mailed and do not appear in online or mobile banking.

Direct Depositing Your Tax Refund
To have your tax refund deposited directly into your Park View account, you'll need to provide our routing number and your account number when filing.
