If you have an eligible loan, you can skip your November, December, or January payment, putting your mind (and wallet) at ease to get more out of the holiday season.

Simple and fast process

Skip a payment in just minutes using online or mobile banking. Go to 'Move Money' and select 'Skip Payment.'

No penalties or fees

Skipping a payment won’t affect your credit or result in penalties. Plus, there’s no fee November through January!

Skipping Your Payment is Easy

Need a break from your monthly loan payment? Skip a loan payment this holiday season with just a few clicks in online banking or the Park View app.

  • Step Number 1

    Log In and Navigate to 'Move Money'

    Log in to Online and Mobile Banking and select the Move Money tab.

  • Step Number 2

    Select 'Skip Payment' and Choose Your Loan

    Select Skip Payment and choose from the eligible loan(s) you’d like to skip.

  • Step Number 3

    Confirm and Skip Your Payment

    Simply follow the steps to schedule the payment you'd like to skip!

Eligibility

How do I know if my loan can be skipped?

Glad you asked! Here’s what you need to know.
Your loan likely qualifies for Skip-a-Pay if all of these apply:

  • It's not a mortgage, home equity loan, student loan, Express Loan, or credit card.
  • Your payments aren't currently past due.
  • You haven't already skipped a payment in the last 12 months.
  • You have made at least 6 payments on this loan.
  • The skip is made at least 5 business days before the payment is due.

Eligibility requires a minimum of 6 months of payment history. Interest continues accruing, potentially extending the loan. Skipped payments may affect GAP coverage for auto loans. See your GAP agreement for more information. Excludes home equity lines, real estate loans, student loans, and credit cards. Eligibility is not guaranteed. Rates, terms, conditions, and eligibility may change at any time. The request must be received by 1/31/2026 for the $25 skip-a-pay fee to be waived.
