Each year, Park View hosts its Annual Meeting to review the prior year's performance, share future initiatives, and announce the Board of Directors election results.
Members are invited to attend this in-person event and participate in the credit union's annual business meeting.

Candidate for Park View’s Board of Directors
The Nominations Committee recommends the following candidate to fill the one open position on the Board of Directors. The committee evaluates the skills needed to create a strong board and seeks to fill vacancies accordingly. Board members serve as volunteers for a three-year term, with a maximum tenure of 12 years.
Joe Ulmer
Nominee
Joe is a lifelong Shenandoah Valley resident and local business owner with a strong background in agriculture, retail, and operations management. As owner and operator of Overlook Produce, Bakery & Deli, he leads a team of approximately 40 employees, overseeing daily operations, purchasing, distribution, and strategic growth initiatives. Joe began farming at just 14 years old and has since built a successful, diversified agribusiness rooted in hard work, innovation, and community connection. He is an active member of Mt. Pleasant Mennonite Church and is dedicated to serving his community both in business and beyond.
