ANNUAL MEETING
Annual Meeting
Each year, Park View hosts an Annual Meeting to review the prior year's financial statement and discuss initiatives for the coming year. The Board of Directors election results are also shared at the Annual Meeting.
This year's Annual Meeting will be held on August 31, at 6:30 pm, and will be a hybrid event. Reservations are required to attend.

Meet the Board of Directors Nominees





Daniel Kvitko
Meet Daniel, a Senior Network Administrator at United Bank. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from JMU and a Master's degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University. Daniel immigrated from Kyrgyzstan (USSR) in 1989 and is an active member of Crosslink Community Church. Daniel is nominated to fill an unexpired term that has about 2 years remaining.





Kate Bergey, Incumbent
Kate is a Senior Account Manager in EAB's Adult Learner Recruitment division. She received her BA in Peacebuilding and Development from EMU and her M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from JMU. She is an active member of Harrisonburg Mennonite Church and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children in Harrisonburg. Kate is nominated for a 3-year term.







Ed Yoder, Incumbent
Ed, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Manager at PBMares, LLP in Harrisonburg, Virginia, has been a member of Park View since 2004 and takes an active role in serving the community. He currently serves as Treasurer and is a trusted member of the Board for multiple organizations in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, including Park View Mennonite Church. Ed is nominated for a 3-year term.






Sherman Knicely, Incumbent
As the principal owner of both County Line Construction and County Line Materials, Sherman brings extensive experience and expertise to the Park View board. Since joining in 2007, he has actively contributed to the community and served on the board since 2015. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Sherman and his wife are devoted parents and active members of Ottobine Mennonite Church. Sherman is nominated for a 3-year term.
