HARRISONBURG, VA (September 2026) — Park View Federal Credit Union has earned second place nationally from the Credit Union Financial Education Network (CUFEN) in the “Most Adults Reached” category for credit unions with $150 million to $499 million in assets.

The recognition reflects Park View’s ongoing commitment to improving financial lives by making financial education accessible in a variety of ways. Over the past year, the credit union connected adults with financial education through digital learning platforms Banzai and Zogo, as well as in-person seminars and presentations.

By offering both digital and in-person learning opportunities, Park View can reach people at different stages of life and provide practical financial information in ways that fit their needs.

“We’re honored to be recognized by CUFEN for the reach of our financial education efforts,” said Krista Westfall, Director of Marketing. “Financial needs and priorities change throughout life, and we want people to have access to helpful information when they need it. Whether that’s through a digital tool they can use on their own time or an in-person seminar in our community, our goal is to help people feel more informed and confident about their finances.”

CUFEN’s annual financial education awards recognize credit unions across the country for their efforts to provide financial education and expand access to financial knowledge.
For Park View, the award is more than recognition of the number of people reached. It reinforces the credit union’s focus on providing the knowledge and resources that can help people build stronger financial futures.
