How to Use Telephone Teller

  • First time calling? Here's what you'll need to get started:

    • Account Number: If you're the primary owner, enter your account number. If you're a joint owner, enter your full Social Security number.
    • PIN: Use the last four digits of your Social Security number. Then, you'll be guided to create your own four-digit PIN.

  • Tips for a Smooth Experience:

    1. Avoid using speakerphone so the system can hear you clearly.

    2. Your account suffix numbers can be found on your account statement. If you need help, feel free to contact us for assistance

    3. Follow voice prompts or refer to the menu below as a guide.

The Telephone Teller is an automated phone banking system that allows you to check balances, transfer funds, and review transactions using your phone.

  • If it’s your first time calling, you’ll need:

    • Account Number (if you're the primary owner)
    • Full Social Security Number (if you're a joint owner)
    • PIN: Initially, use the last four digits of your SSN. You’ll then be prompted to create a custom 4-digit PIN.

You can use your phone’s keypad or voice commands. Just press or say the number that matches your desired option:

  • 1 – Check a specific account balance
  • 2 – Transfer funds
  • 3 – Hear recent transactions
  • 4 – Speak with a team member
  • 5 – Hear all account balances

Suffix numbers are listed on your account statement. If you're unsure, contact Park View for assistance.

If you don’t know your PIN, call a Park View Contact Center team member for help resetting it.

You can always press or say 4 to speak with a Park View team member for assistance.
